This blog isn’t the only project I’m working on — three more go along with it:
GitHub: di2-starter-kit‘
the companion repository to this blog: an open starter kit for AI-assisted SQL development with Claude Code, with a directory convention for Postgres schemas, SQL rules, and a deploy runner that works without a migration tool. It is based on the AI Coding Starter Kit by Alex Sprogis (see below). The background story is told in the article series AI-Assisted SQL Development with Claude Code.

Alex Sprogis — AI Coding Starter Kit
The di2-starter-kit linked above has an origin story: the free AI Coding Starter Kit by Alex Sprogis. Alex is a product engineer & content creator who shows on his website and YouTube channel how to build your own software ideas with AI — even without a developer background — with tutorials, tools, and frameworks around Claude Code. His kit was what got me started with Claude Code in the first place — and the foundation from which the DI² project and, in turn, the di2-starter-kit evolved. Thanks for the go-ahead, Alex!
pencil ‘n more
my creative site, showing drawings and pictures in pencil, watercolor, and oil. Hopefully I will find the time and muse to paint new ones: pencilnmore.marcus-belz.de
my son’s web site
and then there’s my son’s (not yet public) website, www.enno-belz.de. The spelling mistake in the name has a story, by the way 😏 .
